"I developed a paralysing fear of flying and did not get into a plane for several years back in the 80's. I bought Barrie's tape on "Fear of Flying"in 1988 and have been flying happily ever since. Initially listening to the tape at home before booking a flight,then listening to the tape as soon as I got on the plane, throughtout takeoff and again during any turbulence.
