What is Guided Meditation?
Guided meditation, another label for hypnosis, is a process by which an individual meditates in response to a guiding voice provided by a trained practitioner or teacher, either in person or through a sound recording, video, or audiovisual media comprising of music or verbal instruction, or a combination of both, and creates a state of relaxed concentration.
How does Guided Meditation work?
